Before you use the website where this Privacy Policy is posted (the “Site”), please read the following Privacy Policy carefully to understand how your personal information will be treated as you make full use of our offerings at this Site.

This Privacy Policy describes: what information we collect from users, including children (individuals 12 and younger) when they visit the Site; how such information is used and stored; when such information may be disclosed to other parties; how users, parents, and guardians can control the use and disclosure of collected information; and how such information is protected. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected at the Site.  Other Bazooka websites and mobile apps might post a different privacy policy.  Our general Privacy Policy is available at this link.

However, visitors are required to share only the information that is reasonably necessary to participate in the particular activity. As described below, we collect information that you voluntarily provide, and we collect certain information automatically about your use of the Site. We may aggregate the information we collect from and about you.

We collect information for the following purposes: provide our products and services; respond to your questions, comments, and requests; understand how consumers use our products and services; enhance and improve our websites, content, products, and services; communicate with you; prevent misuse of the website, theft, or fraud; protect our intellectual property or the rights or property of others, and protect our users, our business, and third parties; perform website analytics and generate statistics about users and usage patterns; and comply with and enforce applicable laws and our policies and terms. If a child contacts us with a question or request, we will use the information solely to respond to the inquiry.

Information You Voluntarily Provide:

We collect information from visitors when they contact us with questions and comments or exercise their rights with regard to their personal information. For example, we may collect personal contact information (such as your first and last name, email address, phone number, and mailing address) and information contained in your communications to us.

Information Collected Automatically:

When visitors access the Site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect certain information from their devices, such as: the type of computer operating system; the visitor’s IP address, as permitted for the internal functioning of the Site, and web browser; information regarding the Internet service provider; and other standard server log information (collectively referred to as “Technical Information”). We use cookies or similar technologies (collectively referred to as “Tracking Technologies”) on the Site. Cookies (which may be html files or other technology) are text files that help store user preferences and activity. The Site and/or analytics providers use Tracking Technologies to collect Technical Information automatically to support internal operations and provide web analytics. We use Tracking Technologies to help tailor our content, enable the internal functioning of the Site, understand how visitors use the Site, improve or customize the content or offerings on the Site, and/or maintain and administer the Site. These Tracking Technologies collect click stream data and other information regarding your visits to the Site (such as your visits to specific webpages or use of features). Tracking Technologies may collect other information across multiple sessions on the Site, and they may also collect your IP address or some other identifier unique to the device you use to access the Site (“Identifier”). An Identifier may be automatically assigned to any device you use to access the Site to enable internal functioning of the Site. You may be able to have the device you use to access the Site warn you each time a cookie or most other Tracking Technologies are being set, or you can choose to turn off such warnings. This is done through your browser on the device you use to access the Sites.

Additional information on warnings and removal of warnings may be available through your browser’s support feature. Please be aware that certain areas and features of Site can only be accessed in conjunction with Tracking Technologies, and disabling Tracking Technologies might prevent you from accessing such content.

Business Transfer: In the event that assets relating to the Site are transferred or sold to another entity as a result of, for example, a corporate sale, merger, consolidation, asset sale, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy, information collected at the Site may be transferred to the acquiring company.

With Your Consent: We may otherwise disclose your information pursuant to your consent. We will disclose a child’s personal information to third parties only with consent of such child’s parent or guardian.
